Description
A flexible acrylic copolymer waterproofing coating formulated for walls, galvanised iron and tiled roofs. Forms a flexible film with low water uptake that seals the underlying surface while allowing controlled moisture-vapour transmission.
Recommended Uses
Waterproofing correctly prepared roofs and parapet walls. May be used alone or with suitable reinforcing membrane in areas where ponding may occur.
Surface Preparation
Remove loose and flaking coatings. Sand where required and remove dust. Surface must be clean, sound and free of grease, oil and contaminants. Apply the correct primers and undercoats for the substrate.
Application
Apply by roller or brush. When used with reinforcing membrane, apply at a total consumption of approximately 1.25 L/m². Fully embed the membrane without wrinkles or trapped air.

UV Topcoat Required
After waterproofing is complete, apply a compatible acrylic roof paint to provide UV resistance and protect the waterproofing system.
Safety Precautions
Water-based and non-flammable in wet form. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eye and prolonged skin contact. Wear gloves, overalls and safety glasses. Provide ventilation in enclosed areas.
First Aid
- Eyes: Flush with plenty of clean water.
- Skin: Wash with soap and water.
- Ingestion: Drink water, do not induce vomiting and seek medical advice. Obtain medical attention if irritation persists.
Environment & Disposal
Do not discharge directly into drains or waterways. Absorb spills with sand or rags before drying. Dispose of settled solids through an authorised contractor according to local requirements.
